The Center will be built in several stages. The first, Phase One, will include connectivity enabled office space for members, with access to the Long Distance Education video-conference technology & associated AVRC on-site teams specialized in research, development, marketing, test drive & engineering.
Basic membership in the Center is free. Members will pay only for services used, as they become available. There are other classes of membership offered where members may choose to lease office and/or garage space and lease track and laboratory time as needed at a very reasonable cost.
We also will provide full and complete testing services on a contract basis during the initial Phase of the project.
The Center has the mission of promoting transportation research, to allow members and users the chance to grow through reduced research and testing costs and improved development times.
Members may choose to benefit by being listed as a member, or they may remain anonymous. Members listed will benefit from the increasing publicity as the Center progresses.
